Deze houding draagt direct bij aan de kwaliteit van zorg \u00e9n aan de cultuur waarin medewerkers groeien als zelfbewuste professionals.<\/p>\n<h2>Wat hebben we gedaan in 2025?<\/h2>\n<p>In 2025 zijn Baalderborg en Frion gestart met het ontwikkeltraject<em> Waarden aan het werk<\/em>.\u00a0 Het traject is geen vast programma voor iedereen, maar sluit aan bij de persoonlijke leeropgave van de deelnemer. De verantwoordelijkheid voor het leren ligt bij de deelnemer zelf.<\/p>\n<p>Het traject is gestart met (team)managers, gedragskundigen, projectleiders en andere collega\u2019s in de ondersteunende dienst. In november ging de eerste leergroep van start. Bijvoorbeeld bij collega\u2019s zoals Sara, teamtaakhouder medicatieveiligheid, die laat zien hoe je vanuit je rol verschil kunt maken. Zij zorgt ervoor dat medicatieveiligheid niet alleen een richtlijn op papier is, maar een onderwerp dat leeft in het team.
