Wij hebben van dichtbij gezien hoeveel er is gebeurd en hoeveel inzet er in 2025 is geleverd. Het is goed om al dat werk en die inspanningen nu ook terug te zien in het document.<\/p>\n<p>Wij waarderen het dat er in 2026 wordt doorgegaan met werken vanuit thema\u2019s, omdat dit richting en houvast geeft aan de organisatie. Wel willen wij meegeven om in 2026 ook expliciet aandacht te blijven besteden aan de punten uit 2025 die nog niet volledig zijn gerealiseerd. Bij een aantal onderdelen missen wij deze terugkoppeling nog.<\/p>\n<p>Tegelijkertijd merken wij dat de bestuurlijke fusie veel van collega\u2019s heeft gevraagd. We zien echter ook een grote mate van betrokkenheid en bereidheid om samen de schouders eronder te zetten.
